Stage 1: Preparation (1-2 days)

Your installers will lay the foundation for a flawless installation with the following steps:

Protect Your Space: Your team will carefully tape and cover cabinets, windows, and decor to keep your home safe from dust and debris.

Remove Existing Flooring: If necessary, installers will remove baseboards and shoe molding, as well as any old flooring, whether it's tile, wood, or carpet.

Prepare the Subfloor: The team will grind the floors and remove any sealant or adhesive, ensuring a clean slate for your new floors.

Leveling: Then the team will float and level the subfloor, creating an even surface for your new flooring.

Moisture Barrier: After the previous steps, your installers will lay down a moisture guard to protect your new floors from future water damage that may present itself from under your home. A standard 6 mil poly will suffice. 

Stage 2: Installation (1-2 Days)

With the preparation complete, your installers will proceed with the installation:

Final Checks: Your team will ensure that all surfaces are clean and flattened, creating the ideal environment for your new floors.

Stage 3: Cleanup (1 Day)

Once the installation is complete, your installers will focus on leaving your space spotless:

Quality Inspection: Your team will throughly inspect the entire floor to ensure it meets our high standards.

Removal of Protective Covers: Your team will carefully take down all tape and plastic coverings, revealing you stunning new floors. 

Final Cleaning: Next, the team will clean the floors and wipe down baseboards, ensuring everything look immaculate. 

After the installation is complete, your installers will conduct a walk-through with you to address any question's and ensure you're completely satisfied with your new engineered hardwood floors.
